Chuck was outstanding. He gave us great information, options and generally made it a positive experience. Ethan was a patient and excellent guide to the electronics of the car. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.
Ethan Drakeley, John Murphy and Andy Sanders worked with me and help me to get my new BMW. My daughter is seven and she really liked the way Ethan talked to her, she said "we should always buy the cars here". No pressure at all, they did not even want to take a deposit from me. Pleasant transaction, we will go back again.
I absolutely loved working with Jennifer, Richard, Andy and Ethan. They were completely focused on making sure I was happy. It was a low pressure (more like no pressure) sale and everyone was so professional. Jennifer was magic!! She found exactly what I wanted and even negotiated so I didn't have to. Finance was easy and Ethan was great walking me through all the features of the car. The car is super fun to drive and I am excited for my next BMW purchase from Kuni.

Traveled to your area and came in to have my 09 328XI serviced.......Instead I upgraded to a newer model. It was great that there was no pressure....I don't deal with pushy salesman. A very pleasant experience all around. Everyone I came in contact with were pleasant, helpful, informative and friendly. My only regret is, I live so far away that I cannot normally have my car serviced at your dealership.
Excellent presentation spot on speed and right choice of wording. Frequent questions to know from the instructor/Ethan, the pace and choice of words are understandable. Clear speaker and fast pace for me-great, wouldn't hesitate to call again for more of what's this and how does that work? Thanks
Thank you Jay and Ethan. This is my 5th BMW purchased at Kuni. Even though I've since moved up north to Gig Harbor ,and there are dealers close to me, Kuni is the only place where I would buy. Jay makes the buying experience easy and rewarding, and Ethan is a Genius (thanks for walking me though the setup as thoroughly as you did). and I know from past experience that service will be convenient and thorough (even though I now have to drive further, still worth it).
For a salesman to make car buying a good experience says a lot, for a salesman to make car buying an exceptional experience speaks volumes. Benjamin is peofesional, helpful, and to the point. No nonsense. His approach sold this car and it was a great experience. I will be back when purchasing another vehicle.
