I took my 2005 in for service. I asked to talk to a sales person about a newer BMW. Benjamin came over to talk to me he gave me information on some newer BMWs. He did not pressure me at all and let me talk about it and think it over. I contacted him several times with questions which he answered but still not pressuring me. I went in several days later and purchased a newer BMW. The experience that I went through was the best experience in buying a car. I would highly recommend Benjamin. Thanks so much I love my new car.
Ethan had a good knowledge on the car technical features and took time to explain us all of them. The test drive experience was also good. Overall I would rate my experience as exceptional.

I've been contemplating the purchase of a new car for some time, but had delayed it due to negative experiences at other dealerships. The staff at Kuni BMW were exceptional from the outset, including the test drive, no-haggle negotiations, and the financing dialogue. I can recommend them without reservation, and would welcome the chance to work with them again in the future.
The whole Kuni team took great care of us from start to finish. We had a great experience and appreciate the professionalism each member of the Kuni team extended towards us. When we purchase our next BMW, we know exactly where we'll go.
Such a SWEET ride at a great deal. The only thing I would recommend is to try and get your customer out faster. But overall was great. Thanks David Burrows
Best experience ever!! Started with my salesman Beni..he made me "get it" and Shelby in finance made that paperwork pleasant..and Ethan Drakeley was wonderful he could tell I was half listening cause I was dying to drive and was awesome and patient and got me out of there feeling comfortable and so happy!!
