I buy (lease) all my vehicles from Kuni because of the consistently GREAT service and pleasant experience I receive there ... never mind the exceptional quality of the cars. The team did a great job! They all worked together to make sure I had a great Experience! I had two sales guys (Jakob Lund and Duane Phillips) Jakob was working with me on his day off Duane stepped in like a great team member and took over. The tech guy (Ethan) was also very good. The staff at Kuni were all very attentive and took care of our needs. THE Staff at the Service shop were very good and M. Mike Baggs made sure we were able to see the models we wanted to look at and Mr. Joseph Taft took great care in accompanying us on a couple of the Test Drives. This is our second experience buying a car at Kuni BMW with Mitch Allee and although they were both great - the addition of our BMW Genius, Joseph Taft, made our second experience even better than the first. He is so patient, informative, and made the test drive and buying process fun!
