My wife and I were just browsing and the salesman Tyrone Greene provided extensive knowledge of the BMW models we were interested in. There was no pressure to buy and after a few test drives we decided to inquire about financing, Tyrone guided us through the process seamlessly and about an hour later we were driving off the lot in our dream car. Kudos to Tyrone, George and the entire sales/financing team for an awesome experience.
When I decided to get ride of my car, my Sales person Mr. Kim was very helpful, he worked heard to get me what I wanted and what I can afford, the manger can out and greeted me very nice. I am happy and satisfied with my new Purchase and will go back to North West BMW to get my next car and tell my friends and family.

Northwest has been servicing my cars for about 13 years. They always take care of me very promptly! John Kim helped me build the BMW I wanted & did it very expediently! The sales Managers George & Chris are both very knowledgeable about purchasing!

I had a really nice experience with this dealership. The salesman (Angel) and staff were all very courteous and patient. They had the car that I wanted on the lot and the financing was quickly approved. Overall, it was a painless process, and I'm really enjoying the car.
I felt at ease with each of the employees in various positions who assisted me in the new car purchase process. All was completed quickly and efficiently.
I wasn't looking for a car but was servicing my old car. The sales team was courteous transparent and efficient. No pressure at all.
