Very caring and supportive staff/salesperson. This is my second purchase and it was a great experience just the same as the first. I feel like I can always depend on the staff and service department if I ever need assistance with my care.

I have NEVER had a positive experience at a dealership, until I visited Northwest BMW. I truly felt they had my best interests at heart and were only satisfied when I was satisfied. My salesperson, Karen and the entire NW BMW team were very supportive, respectful, and made sure I know what my options were even if I didn't purchase with them. Karen was extremely helpful and made me feel like a queen!

Friendly team of associates and very helpful when a problem arises. We did not have mats in the car and they immediately helped us receive them.
People here are extremely helpful and friendly. Prices were very competitive and all efforts were made to satisfy me. I would definitely recommend buying from here.
