I was greeted by my sale person outside. He ask could he help me and I told him I was looking for John Kim. Well, he was John Kim looking like a million bucks. I do believe appearance is everything. My entire purchasing experience was excellent. Worked with Frank, Kenny and Angel. They took care of me through the whole process and kept me well informed the entire way. Very professional, friendly and attentive to all my needs. It's difficult to find a better set of people in the car business.
I've bought many cars in my years and I must say at Northwest BMW dealership was my best experience very polite and professional and they worked out the best deal ever! Even though I live 56 miles away I can honestly say I would drive that 56 miles again just to buy another vehicle from Northwest BMW.
