I went to the dealership after seeing a car advertised online. I didn't like that car but Angel helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The staff here was phenomenal. John Kim was amazing help, If you plan to purchase a car I highly suggest going through him. He and his colleague provided me with great service! Cons: A man by the name of Paul, seemed like he was a head manager possibly was extremely disrespectful and Ignorant. As we were finalizing the deal we hit a minor speed bump and Paul walks into the office and states "If yall don't want the car you can leave, I have other customers to deal with, you are just wasting everyone's time." Angel and Kenny are now my go-to people for purchases around Baltimore. After getting a high quote at my dealer of a few years, I contacted Northwest and received a response from Kenny stating he would be aggressive and put me in contact with Angel. Right on both counts. Kenny's offer slaughtered competing bids right out of the gate. Given my history with another dealer, I gave them a chance to counter. I had the best time buying a car!!! Never had a good experience like that!! Barbara was so sweet and made the sale easy to get thru. Bob had me laughing so hard. He just made my night!! Drove 250 miles to get here. This is the second BMW I've leased from Northwest and my fourth BMW lease overall. Virginia dealers don't understand that not every buyer is a sap. This was a savings of about $1000 for the best offer from a Virginia dealer- most of which was the difference in "Processing Fees" and Gross Receipts Tax. I'll be back for my next one in 2018.

Northwest BMW has been my BMW dealer of choice for the past 11 years. I have purchased 4 vehicles from them and wouldn't consider buying or servicing anywhere else. Both their sales and service team is honest and straight forward and they make the process easy.
