"Overexceeded My expectations!" My second engagement with BMW Cinci North led to a purchase. I knew what I wanted and the sales team was very responsive in all communication (initially mail and phone before visit). "Qasim, and Brian are true professionals, a credit to BMW...." Qasim, and Brian are true professionals, a credit to BMW. I had a major mechanical issue with my car shortly after I purchased it. Both of these gentlemen went way above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed. I was treated with dignity and respect through out the entire process. "Great Service and Atmosphere" I can honestly say my wife and I have never had a better experience buying a car then we had at BMW North.
