"Very positive experience!!" My wife and I were looking for a used X3. We pulled into BMW of Cincinnati North. We were met by Jon Ogden. We told him what we were looking for. He was able to help with our needs. Had a very nice low mileage 2014 X3. We were very pleased with the service we received from Jon. He made us feel very comfortable. Thanks again to BMW. "Shaun Sweeney made it easy and fun" Seemed like a great atmosphere with everyone working together. I was thanked by the manager and introduced to the team that would take care of me for oil changes etc. I really needed the help not being an expert in cars and Shaun knew what was the best choices and helped me narrow it down for a great price.

"Great Experience! - Out of State Purchase" Tyler Schmidt went ABOVE AND BEYOND during my out of state purchase. He sent numerous pictures and personally filmed walk-around videos showing the vehicle's immaculate condition- ultimately leading to a sight-unseen purchase made in confidence. "Fast, easy and efficient. " Drove buy the dealership while running errands and saw the car I wanted. Made one inquiry and was in the car by 9:00 am the following morning. Completely painless process and got a nice (immaculate) 2-year old X3 M-Sport. Could not be happier and my wife loves it. I may never get to drive it. This is the 3rd certified pre-owned BMW I have bought from BMW North (Jake Sweeney). Maybe the next one will be brand new. Why go anywhere else?
