"A wonderful car shopping experience!" I found the car on line but the car was over a 3 hour drive away. Car consultant Brad Schultz was happy to take a look at the car and point out any flaws so I knew what I was getting. "2016 BMW 428i x drive" Great dealership very easy to buy from excellent service. Jeff is a great salesmen no haggling, he made it very easy to purchase a car from him. We even went back and bought a second car 2 weeks later! Would definitely recommend this dealership.
"Great, easy experience" I have purchased several different brands of new cars over the years and have had a broad spectrum of experiences with different dealerships and salespeople. "Absolutely spectacular!" This was the best experience on a car lot that I have had in a long time. Brad was easy to work with and my wife and I was allowed to drive the car without a salesman having to go with us. Settled on a price quickly and left with my dream car.
"They value their Brand" The service department has gone out of their way twice to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Q was helpful with the initial purchase and follow-up items. I hate buying cars, but BMW of Cincinnati is providing tremendous value for the price. This was the first time I didn't have buyers remorse the week after I purchased a car. This time, I'm already thinking about upgrading, because it was a great value and experience.
