Victoria Guthery, never fails to bring her A game. No Matt what the problem is she always does her best to fix it. If she says she will call you. She will. You don't need to wonder what's happening to your car, she always take the time to explain and what's the cost of things. I always ask for her.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Murrieta BMW dealership for my first service this week. My service advisor was Victoria Guthery. First, the lounge was incredible. They offered Starbucks coffee, snacks, wifi and television. I elected to wait for my car and was comfortably able to get some work done while I waited. Victoria was pleasant and professional. Her attention was outstanding and she was so nice! My experience at the service lounge matched what I would expect from BMW- nothing but the best!

I WAS HAVING SOME TROUBLE WITH MY 750LI AND BROUGHT IT IN FOR SERVICE. MY SERVICE REP VICTORIA TOOK VERY GOOD CAR OF ME. sHE EXPALINED WHAT I NEEDED TO DO AND PUT ME IN AN EXCELLENT LOANER. I RETURNED A WEEK LATER AND MY CAR WAS WASHED , POLISHED AND MADE RIGHT IN ORDER. MY SINCERE COMPLIMENTS TO VICTORIA AND DANIEL FURROW. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO MY CLIENTS .
