As much as I hate the car buying process, Carl actually made it enjoyable and was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to help me through the whole process and actually still kept in touch with me days after my purchase. Thanks again for all the help Carl.
From finding a great deal online to easy appointment and purchase from beginning to end! Bianca was promt, responsive and had the cars I wanted to look at ready to go when I got there. David made the test drive and decision making process pressure free and simple! The finance department made us feel like they were looking out for our best interest and very easy to work with - overall had a really great experience at BMW of Murrieta - we LOVE our "new" Audi Q5!

No really it was a great experience! Easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. Purchasing my new BMW X1 from BMW of Murrieta is one of the wisest car buying decisions I have ever made. The customer service was top notch, and Dave Townsend was refreshingly patient, made himself available to answer any and all questions while I compared different makes and models of vehicles, provided us with the most competitive and inclusive price, and was always friendly and professional. The facility was impeccable and comfortable. I cannot recommend purchasing a new vehicle from Dave and BMW if Murrieta enough.
