There are a handful of BMW dealerships that are much closer to us, but we decided to make the 60 mile one way drive to Murrieta because Carl was so helpful. We had the VIN with the agreed upon price and payment options all ironed out before we even stepped foot on the lot. When we arrived the car was out front with the paperwork ready to be signed... No problems. No second thoughts. No BS. Carl is the man. As long as my wife likes the car and it lives up to BMW's reputation, we'll be back when it's time for another.

I can't tell you how impressed I am at the extra mile this dealership took with the servicing of my car and to have BMW warrant the repairs. I have been to other dealerships and none even come close to personal service I have received. I am not a savvy car buyer and the buying process was comfortable and transparent.
