I cannot say enough great things about BMW of Murrieta. The customer service was amazing, the staff well versed in everything BMW. Carl Burt and. Chris, the Finance Manager were extremely friendly,knowledgeable, resourceful and friendly they definately know their stuff!!! Inventory is great the storefront is amazing. I just purchased my second car with BMW of Murietta. Both purchases were a fantastic experience! They consistently had the best price, and presented all facts and figures up front. Delivery was quick and easy, as they were able to prepare most items ahead of time. It was well worth the 100 mile drive to work with Dave Townsend and Ileen Garibay at Murietta!!
Every step from inquiry to picking up the vehicle was easy, transparent and pleasant. Dave and Ryan have totally changed my view of the car buying experience and I can't imagine getting my next BMW from anywhere else!
Carl made our experience with BMW nice and smooth. At first I almost walked out of the dealership there was one salesperson outside but did not acknowledge I was there. Carl came out for a moment and I'm glad I ran into him. Best encounter ever. Very nice made me and my husband feel so comfortable with our car needs. Carl is awesome !! I was looking at options to purchase the car that I was leasing at that time. Carl patiently walked me through the process, answered my never ending questions and made the "dreaded" process of car purchase easy and smooth. And to make it better, he offered me a price that beat all other nearby BMW dealers. What else can I ask for? :)
