"My. Vehicle service " Sandy always takes care of my car each time I come in for service . I live in Los Angella most of the time but wait to service my vehicle until I am in the Palm Springs area as I km comfortable with the service staff at BMW of Palm Springs.

"Excellent Service " Had my 5 Series BMW detailed after an unfortunate encounter with a sprinkler head that pelted my car with highly mineralized water that would not come off. Turned it over to the xxxxxxat the dealer BMW of Palm Springs. Chris took excellent care of us and returned our car in no time looking as good as the day it came off the lot. I returned my expired leased car and picked up my newly leased car, domed the documents in total of less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend this dealership.
"Pleasant car buying experience" Salesman, Phil, was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Product specialist, Jennifer, was very through in explaining the car's features. The F&I specialist was helpful and arranged loan for me through BMW.
"great dealership " Have been coming here for service since 2015 always getting superb service. Recently purchased new vehicle with Philip Meyer as my consultant. Phil made the process essentially pain free since purchasing a vehicle is not my favorite pastime! Chris has been my service advisor for the past several years always explaining what needs to be done and extremely helpful, I drive from SF Bay Area to PS since the level of service far exceeds what I have experienced locally. Kudos to all!
