"Customer focused attention" I was pleasantly surprised to be so warmly welcomed and listened to when I brought my BMW in for its time routine check. The process was easy and more importantly they went over and above to change my fob battery and and get me some bandaids for a blister I suddenly got! My experience was very positive and it made me sore my 4 year old BMW more.... even though the loaner was a brand new 2019 model I never knew about.
