"Chris Hapner has been professional and helpful." Chris Hapner has been excellent in his service. One of the staff that booked my appointment has not properly book my appointment , my loaner car was not set up on the right date but Chris took time to accomodate me.
"On Line Purchase of BMW X5" Brad Williams was very helpful in my purchasing a 2015 BMW X5. He was able to negotiate a deal we could live with, and helped me with shipping my car to Minnesota. This dealership is owned by Indigo Auto Group which has multiple dealerships around the country and has great clout with trucking companies to negotiate a great price for shipping. Everything went as advertised and Brad was really great at getting back to me on questions on a long distance purchase.

"Smart, focused and friendly" We've been wanting to replace my dad's car (he's 85), a 2001 Lexus 430 for some time now. We started with the C class Mercedes convertible, but the sales person was a bit slick, and the car felt like econo. we went a block away to BMW, and Phil sauntered up to help us with the 430i convertible. he clearly knows his cars, and we were out on a demo ride in 5 minutes. "Polite, professional & loaded with product knowledge " I met with Phil Meyer while I was staying in Palm Springs. I was VERY interested in an electric car but needed more information to make an informed decision. "Made this purchase easy" I hate buying cars, but I walked into BMW of Palm Springs and Phil Meyer was direct and to the point. He could tell I didn't want to sit there and haggle or waste time. He gave me a great deal, so I walked in a Tuesday and had the car in my driveway by Thursday. I would highly recommend him.
