"Service" As always excellent and timely service. Sandy goes above and beyond to assure that my needs are met I wouldn’t consider taking my car to another dealership.
"Prompt response, " Honored the time said vehicle would be ready. Chris Hapner gave exceptional service, as we were traveling and in an emergency and needed 2- new tires.
"Great" I brought my car in because the coolant light was on. The service department was very busy because of the Thanksgiving holiday and yet nmanaged to have the repair department do a full service. Now I don’t have to take it back next month.
"Everything ok except i wasn’t given a loaner car" no loaner car, my car was in the dealership from Friday to Tuesday and no loaner car provided to me but over all good service
"Client care" We brought an older BMW in to fix some technical problems. The cost was much higher than expected, but the service manager - Chris - was very helpful and kept us informed as work was done. We will go back when necessary.
"Recall" Recall part fir 2009 x3. Had issue with electronic back window. But was fixed to satisfaction. Service rep Sandy and service manager very professional Overall good job
"Great experience " Michael Pope was great to work with . He was low key , knowledgeable and pleasant to work with . The woman who helped me with the technology was also great and really koher stuff!
"Best service advisor ever!!!" My car had a flat tire while traveling in Palm Springs and Bryan came to the rescue~ He was professional and genuinely considerate~ He even took his own time to drop off my key to the hotel due to my circumstances~ He is the BEST of the BEST!!! Thank you Bryan!!!
"Chris Hapner" Chris Hapner consistently provides exceptional service whenever I bring our X5 in for service. He is always professional and courteous. His extensive experience is helpful when he explains any issues with the car. He calls or texts with an update on the vehicle. He advises you of when the car will be ready for pick up. Each and every time the car has been ready as promised.
