I had the pleasure of speaking with George , Salinas, Palm Springs BMW. He had a challenger scat pack, widebody that I was interested in. He sent me a Personal video showing me the car as I am located here in Los Angeles.! and then was kind enough to explain everything about the car. He is very knowledgeable. I rate the dealership 5 stars because I have been a customer for nearly 30 years and have always had top-notch service at every level and step. They are our "go-to" dealership for our car purchases and leases. And we are loyal to the brand having 21 BMWs in the last 25 years between me and my spouse. BMW Palm Springs service department is always efficient, pleasant & friendly to do business with - Specifically with Sandy.
The bad news is that six months after purchasing a vehicle, still no title. The after purchase service is non responsive and obviously weak. The good news is they had a car to purchase. So, 2 stars for that.

I cannot say enough how incredible the entire team at BMW of Palm Springs is. They helped me secure the right tires when I got a flat while I was traveling from out of town… AND on the Friday before a holiday weekend. They installed them right away so I could get home safely and were the kindest all along the way.
