Kevin is great to work with. The best service writer i have had by far! Why is the dealer this good? Kevin provides me a loaner car everytime i need one, is willing to assist as much as possible getting the repair correct and always works to find the best possible solution to the problem!

My husband and I just recently purchased a used vehicle from Lauderdale BMW and it was the most enjoyable time buying a car that we have ever experienced. Our sales associate Danny Crowley was out of this world. He was knowledgable about the vehicle and all its features and was eager to give us a test drive. Very professional & friendly. Highly recommended for anyone in So Fla looking for a BMW. Mike Beattie is in charge of internet sales, that's the best way to find a new vehicle: you find the car you want online, you can set up your financing online, then contact him online, set up an appointment, and either custom order your Beemer or drive away in one that day. That's what I did. Quick & painless.

I can only describe my experience with BMW and Max Cabrera as top notch! It's like staying at a Five Star Hotel like the Four Seasons. As soon as you walk in, everyone treats you professionally and expeditiously. Max's primary concern is to get you the best service possible and without using up too much of your time. In the last 15 years their knowledge and expertise has been put to the test and got from them objective and accurate solutions. No guessing work at this BMW service delaership.

Max has been mine and my family's service advisor for nearly 12 years. His commitment to customer satisfaction is without a doubt the most unwavering quality about him. My family and I have bought 11 BMWs since we moved down south; I can honestly say that 10 of those cars were purchased as a direct result of Max's service. We always had other choices such as Audi and Porsche but we would always stay with BMW because Max was always the deciding factor. I always strongly recommend BMW and your service center to others.
