He explained in detail the ordering process and factory delivery timeline. Everything turned out as advertised. Rick's attention to detail is to be commended. It was definitely a "no hassle" experience.

This was the best vehicle purchase experience I have had in my life. Rick was knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and answered all questions completely and honestly.
