Can't say it was a good experience. Granted I have aftermarket parts and they're not required to work on it. Went in for an alignment with them not being able to complete because of seized tie rods and aftermarket camber plates. I left there in worse condition then when I arrived. To change tie rods whick are $140 for both and takes 20m aside they wanted $1000. I ordered two day delivery for $170 and took my 20m on my back to change. My front tires ripped apart because of the lack of care

Mr. Matt Granger was simply outstanding during our recent visit to the Service Shop at Athens BMW. I arrived without an appointment as my 335i hard-top convertible was malfunctioning. Matt accepted my car and supervised a rather complicated repair process. I highly recommend Athens BMW to anyone requiring service on their precious BMW.

Athens BMW is "over the top" . Excellent technical service , customer service and the list goes on. Three vehicles were purchased from them! Just had service done which was another excellent experience. Use this dealership you'll be sorry if you don't!!!!!
