Great easy experience. Wish they would have had a bigger selection. Rick was and continues to be very helpful. Financing and all of the paperwork was streamlined and easy. Easy driveout experience, the way buying a car should be
Rick and Curt were both very helpful, friendly, honest and answered all of my questions. There was no pressure, and everything in the final purchase of the car fit with what I expected. Overall, this was an excellent car buying experience.

I recently purchased my first BMW from Athens BMW, and I would recommend others to their business. After buying BMWs in Atlanta since 1991, I finally got tired of overpaying for my cars and tolerating poor service. So I tried Athens when buying a car, and came back to service my cars. Oh, what a difference. The service people are friendly, courteous, flexible, and my cars were fixed [promptly every time. Service was good. Ease of making an appointment was quite difficult. Online link to make an appointment failed to work. Had to call and leave a message on voice mail. No return call. Had to call 2 more times before finally getting a return call. Had to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment with a courtesy car.
The sales experience at Athens BMW is top notch. They do everything right! Willie, Joe, and Dakota were a dream to work with!

All tasks were completed as requested. Difficulty getting responses from Service Advisor. Had to resort to Service Manager who took care of everything. Time will tell if repairs are permanent. I would purchase from them again.

Service dept. is great. My BMWs are old but I still service them at dealership, mostly because of Matt Grainger. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. As long as he is there I will use BMW. Sales dept., not so much.
