Even though I drove 2 hours to Athens with a pre-arranged appointment, they did not have the car I wanted to test drive on the lot, and my second choice was not ready. The advisor I dealt with over emails was busy so they threw me onto another advisor who had no idea about what I wanted or the numbers I was given over emails and had no customer service skills. BMW has always been great to me. Jovon Hawkins is my advisor. He is vey professional, knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. He always kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle. He even made sure I got home safe when my vehicle was being cared for. The staff is very nice and amazing as a whole.

By far the best dealership experience I’ve ever had! Every team member I encountered was fabulous from sales to finance and they even had a specialist to help walk me through all the tech details and to answer any questions. Antoine and Barry were absolutely top notch. Would highly recommend purchasing any vehicle at Athens BMW!
