"Cooperative " Service tech adviced I buy a $2,500 maintenance warranty because I would need brakes n rotors in about 4000 miles. The warranty would pay for itself with the service. After leaving the dealership I checked the service info it now says, service in 50,000. I took the vehicle back in to Passport and that same tech claims he never told that I would need brakes. "Repair and service center " Service was excellent your service tech christen was awesome he provided great service but there was a issue i had a passport BMW of suitland was there were no loaner cars and i have became spoiled with my BMW luxury that the rental that was provided to me was not accommodating i am 6"3 and was force to shrink down into Nissan sentra which was a very uncomfortable but besides that issue everything was A plus even the friendly cashier who took my payment but in future can your guys work on the loa... read more

"Service was Fine, Loaner folks were blah." I bought my 435i from Passport and had a great experience at purchase, so I went back for service. Service people we courteous and knowledgeable. My car wasn't done on time, which was frustrating, but they gave me a discount (without me asking) because of it, which was thoughtful. The ladies at the Loaner Car Counter were so out of place!
