I called to speak with someone who would take time to answer some questions for me by telephone before I would commit to coming in. Toni was very helpful when I called and gave through answers to my questions. When I came in Toni was very polite and again she took the time to make me feel confident and not pressured if I were to buy a vehicle. Toni is awesome! She is sinere, passionate and very friendly. i bought my BMW X3 with her help. She was very patient, told me about all details about the car, and never put any pressure on me.
