Marlene was great at helping me pick out a new car for my wife's birthday. She got us the best deal we could have hoped for and it was the perfect car for my wife. She was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with! She made the whole process easy and enjoyable for me and for my wife. The car is gorgeous and my wife might even let me drive it (someday).

This was my first experience in buying a BMW and Frank Chirat made it an extremely enjoyable event. I was absolutely positive that I wanted a 2012 BMW 328i Sports Wagon and Frank made it happen, we went over the entire build at his desk, adding all the options and accessories that I wanted on my new car. Picked up my BMW X3 from Crevier BMW. An extremely pleasant experience, started from showroom and garage to see the exact model and color that I selected, all the way to test drive and car pick up. I was looking for a car to lease and it was the last day of the month so the lease program would be over the next day. I knew exactly what I wanted and Richard took less than 24 hours to look for the car we needed and immediately brought it over from another city a couple hours away. As soon as it was brought over, Richard contacted us and we bought the car. It was fast and easy and he gave us the best deal that was possible. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Highly recommended.

We live in Ventura County, a long drive from Santa Ana. Richard was both friendly and very professional. He answered all of my questions, responding quickly to both emails and phone calls. We were looking at used BMWs, and particularly interested in one that had just arived. When no photos were yet available online, Richard took photos and emailed them to us. We look forward to doing business with both Mr Kim and Crevier again. Will be referring both to family and friends.

We bought a used BMW from this dealership about a week ago. Richard was friendly, personable and went over and beyond to make sure that our purchase fit within our budget and that the car was perfect before we drove off the lot. We drove up from San Diego and spent about 5 hours at the dealership and Richard not only made made the purchase as smooth as possible but that we were comfortable the whole time we were there. Frank is a pleasure to do business with. This is my second lease with Crevier and Frank. I recently moved from Anaheim Hills to Palos Verdes but still go to Frank for my new cars. The main reason: I trust Frank. He gives me the best deal he can and is very pleasant to deal with. He's funny too.

This was my first experience with BMW. I drove a Mercedes Benz for the last 3 cars over 11 years. I felt ready for a change. Marlene could not have been more accommodating and informative with helping make the right choice for me. She even helped answer questions for me after hours from home.
