It was time for a oil change, so I brought the i535 to Crevier BMW. I was in the waiting room and comes in the technician. He said I was all done but they had to fix my tire. I had a nail in it and as a courtesy they went ahead and repaired it. I was so impressed with the level of service I received here at Crevier I am going to tell everyone I know with a BMW. Top ten dealer in my book.

Great Experience I would highly recommend Stephan to anyone looking to buy or lease a BMW. Stephan was a great knowledge of the car and his sales presentation is very impressive.

I have owned or leased approximately 10 BMW's and , of course , have encountered numerous sales people. None compare to Marlene. After receiving an email , I called her and we worked out a great price on the new BMW I wanted. When I finally met her, I had a few questions which she immediately resolved. This caused my great price to be even lower. I have never had such an amiable , seamless purchase with a car. To use golf as an analogy , a few can reach a par 4 with one swing from the tee box. I have had a M3 for the past 4 years. I love everything about it, form the body lines and gas mileage to the sleek look and power it has. I saw a brand new one the other day and my heart dropped. I felt the same way about that car as I did about mine the first day I got it. I went back to the dealer that I got my car at and they weren’t able to do much for me. I took my vehicle in for a scheduled brake fluid flush as part of the no cost maintenance. They also performed a recall that I was not aware about. All work was done on time and as always, my service advisor, Sonny is great to work with. The technician also found about an issue that I was not aware of and that was repaired under warranty. The staff is always friendly offering you coffee or water. Crevier always exceeds my expectations.

I have recommended Marlene to a lot of my friends and she has always gone beyond the normal to make things happen. I grew up in the car business and have been involved in a number of dealerships myself (retired). Have had many sales people work for me and have had plenty of customers customer contact as well, Marlene is way above the normal experience that you get in a dealer ship. John Beck was very knowledgeable about the service provided. Jade at the Loaner desk was exceptional, friendly and great customer service skills. Amanda at the front desk was very professional, friendly and great customer service skills. I love Crevier, the customer service is very superb.

Normally I do not look forward to buying a new car but my recent experience at Crevier was very pleasant. I leased my first BMW from a different dealership which I was very unhappy with, the customer service was very poor to say the least. My husband suggested we take my car to Crevier for my lease end inspection and for service. When we called we were able to make an appointment right away and get a loaner car too. cars serviced: 323ci/545i in and out avrg time :20min (with the loaner in hand)! beats newport dealer (avrg 45min) Service advisor:Joe West - always on top of hes game! Front desk/loaner person: Sally Chareun - the sole reason why i drive 17miles to Santa Ana BMW and not 1mile to Newport Bmw - if i could only rate 6 stars here:)
