RecommendedI have to say that the service department at the BMW of Pleasant Grove is top notch! Nathan (Nate)took excellent care of my car and communication with me throughout! My car broke down in Moab, I’m from Portland,Oregon. My car had to be transported and he really helped me feel secure in that aspect and all the way through early diagnosis and fixing my car at a rate that I thought was going to be so much more expensive!

RecommendedI called the Murray dealership on a 320 they had. I talked to Tiffany who said they car was at Pleasant Grove. Thought not her deal or commission she coordinated for me with the Pleasant Grove. I got to the dealership 5mins after they closed but stayed back for me. Andy was the sales rep (coordinated by Tiffany, after hours) and we got the deal done in 15-20mins (appraisal of my car and deal on the 320xi). Excellent to deal with and best deal I found. These guys where great. We all hear how crazy expensive they are. On my X-5 somebody put a amped up fuel feature which caused my engine to go into failure mode. Well I paid the initial assessment fee of $150 and they saw what was happening and it was basically un-plugging a chord and rather than charging me they said I was good to go. Props to not charging every dime they could have. I’ll always go back to the pleasant grove dealership because of my experience. Props Alex and a Wyatt.
