My experience at BMW of Pleasant Grove was second to none!! The sales team is knowledgable, forthright, helpful with suggestion yet not overbearing. They truly had my best interest in mind! They have a fleet with more than enough options new, CPO, pre owned. I was also impressed with their service department and their abilities to troubleshoot and rectify in such a timely manner. The service department blew me away with their additional knowledge of makes other than BMW. An over all amazing experience!!!
I just have to say this has been the best Dealership I have ever set foot in. Fist of all customer service started with out phone call 2 days ago and never stopped. When we arrived they gave the boys apple juice and there where books so they were entertained. Next they drove us to the closest movie theater so we can pass time. Both drivers were awesome and made traveling with the kids a breeze. And to top it off, when we got back into our car they had 2 Hot wheels waiting for the boys.
