Took my 2004 545i In for the extended warranty on the passenger seat mat for the airbag. They were excellent to deal with. Even washed and cleaned my car for me ( it was filthy) Very good experience and very surprised with the level of service I received for a 14 year old car. 👍🏻
Caleb Moore was great throughout the whole car-buying process. I was able to buy a pre-owned 2015 Toyota Corolla for well-under bluebook value. I've had no issues for the last few months, and the car has exceeded my expectations. I have nothing but good to say about Caleb Moore and the BMW of Pleasant Grove dealership. I'll be sure to recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a pre-owned vehicle or a brand new BMW, and I'm sure I'll be returning when I am in the market again.
I have never in my 64 years had service as I have had at the BMW of Pleasant Grove. The waiting area is comfortable and I have never had to use it for long. I don't know if all of the service agents are as knowledgeable and helpful as Mauricio Solis but I imagine they are. The mechanics did an amazing job replacing a steering rack assembly that was destroyed and now it drives as good as new. From the day I walked in to look to driving off I was treated great. Everyone was courteous and professional. I was helped by Pete Lewis to get through the process and he knew how to make it easy and enjoyable so I could focus on the new toy and not the rest of the necessary paperwork. Well done Pete, love the car.
While traveling in Utah, I needed to have some work performed on my 2006 Roadster. I had an intermittent fault which could have left me stranded on my way home to Seattle. The tech Parken W. worked diligently to chase the faults and the service manager Daniel T. went out of his way to secure the part my car needed which was not in stock at the time.
