Caleb did a great job of not only helping me find what I want looking for but get a great deal. Most of all, the experience was relatively quick and painless. First time BMW buyer and can see easily see myself doing it again with this dealership.

Best experience we have had. We had service that needed to be done, they got us in right away and gave us a beautiful loaner. The work was done quickly and everything was explained. I won't name the other dealer here, but done are the days of dealing with an overly busy shop where things are not well explained, work not completed and no loaners available. We will be back for service and our next purchase.

I've been working with BMW PG for 8 years. The service representatives have always been so kind and helpful, they really know what they are talking about. The sales team and service team treat you like a person, and not like a buyer; they get to know who you are instead of just trying to get you in and out of the facility as quick as possible. Everyone at BMW Pleasant Grove from the service advisor to the service manager are very professional and understand customer service. Each time I have taken my car for service, I have been impressed. The work is done in a timely manner and only what truly needs to be done. I definitely recommend them and will continue to be a loyal customer.
