BMW Service Department My car, BMW 128i, had the fog lamp out and it was not the lite bulb. Took it into BMW Encinitas to run a diagnostic to see what the problem was. Mike Voiles and Bogdan helped me out and advised me that the electric module had failed. Much to my surprise, this part and labor were still under warranty. My car is seven years old. If it hadn't been for their diligence in solving this, I could have taken the car elsewhere and been charged $1,000 to fix this. I am very grateful for the service team at BMW En... read more
BMW Encinitas, The go to BMW dealership Been to several BMW dealerships through out San Diego country and BMW Encinitas has by far been the best dealership to go to. We take our cars there to get serviced and even purchased. It's worth the 30 mile drive, thats how good there service department is.

Nice Service I just went in for my annual service. Someone met me when I drove in and took me to a service desk. A very nice lady took my information and promised the car back in 90 minutes. I came back in 90 minutes and my freshly washed car was waiting for me. Perfect!

Great service, excellent attention. BMW of Encinitas did a great job identifying the problem and quickly completing the repair. My service engineer Joey was fantastic. He worked diligently to ensure I was in and out as quickly as possible. During the time of the repair, Joey made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. I never had to inquire with him, he was always contacting me.
