Outstanding, as usua Keith and his team are consistently outstanding. Keith communicates well, the repairs were complete and the car was done when promised. The only hitch was that the i3 loaner had very little charge, so that created some anxious moments getting to my destinations. Other than that, a great job by Keith and his team!

New BMW ALPINA B7 2020 Encinitas CA Autonation This is my 4th Alpina B7 BMW and by far the 2020 model is the most impressive performance sedan I have ever driven. The fit/finish is superb and the performance of 600 hp with 597 torque is just so much fun! I LOVE THIS rocket sedan! Alpina Blue with tan interior is just classic. I wanted and waited for this car and my Encinitas BMW AutoNation dealership was a great help getting me the exact B7 I wanted.

Excellent service I brought my 2015 335i in for a glitchy driver's side door lock. The part took ~10 days to arrive, but my advisor, Byron Furrow, updated me every day and offered to put me in a loaner whenever I needed it. Fortunately the part came in on New Year's Eve, and the car was ready to be picked up later that day! I have had only 5 star service experiences at this store, and I would recommend Byron to anyone.
X3M Purchase Our sales guy Nicholas and Finance guy Eddie made our purchase a fun and simple process. Nicholas knew everything about the car and spent the time we needed. Eddie made sure we got a rebate due on our trade in that El Cajon Finance department initially refused to honor. EC financial team were rude, disrespectful and very challenging to deal with. We have bought 6 BMWs over the years and will never buy one from El Cajon again. The Encinitas team has won our business.
