Awesome service! A shout out to Mike Voiles in the Service Dept at BMW Encinitas. As always, his care of the customer is great! From drop-off to pick-up, everything was how it should be. Mike looks out for all his customers and repairs are done on time without surprises too often to change the price. If there's a question or concern, it's addressed and resolved immediately. I won't take my X5 anywhere else. Rare to find such great folks!

Great service The recall repair was done by the service team flawlessly. They were efficient and professional in all aspects of the 2 hour repair. Joey? was a delight to deal with from checkin to finish. He took care of me to setting up a Lift drive from the dealership to my home and back again all very seamlessly operation. He is a wonderful employee of the BMW Encinitas team. Bravo!
