BMW of Encinitas My most recent experience with the BMW of Encinitas service center was an absolute 10/10!! Nicole was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in the door I was warmly greeted by her and she was very detailed and reassuring in explaining what was going to be happening with my car and how long they would need to repair it. BMW Encinitas Mike was very helpful with arranging Lyft to get me back to Encinitas. He also communicated clearly what was going on with my car, what would happen if I didn't fix it now, etc. He also didn't try to "upset" me on anything!
