Brad Woodcock superstar The service I received on Jan 7th was excellent. From the start with the video diagnostics to the constant updates of the process to the friendly handing back of my keys, the whole experience was fantastic. Kudos to Brad Woodcock and the entire service team!
Long day with successful conclusion... Kristen was a fantastic service advisor. From the get-go, she was helpful, cheerful, engaging, and kept me in the loop while the service department worked on diagnosing have intermittent and unusual problem with my X5 PHEV. Even at end of the day, as I was leaving, the service manager, whom I had not met, came over unsolicited and introduced himself, said he knew I had been there for a long time that day, and we chatted about what was found and how to proceed.

Convenient service. Knowledgeable and polite staff. Service Advisor Brad Woodcock and Service Manager Mike Milligan have bent over backwards to resolve the ongoing repetitive powertrain issues with my 650i. Without their sympathy and help I would have pulled ALL my hair out by now. So sad that such a beautiful vehicle is loaded with engine and emission design flaws. Yhank you Brad and Mike!!
Exceptional Service I am visiting from out of town and received an urgent “oil needed” message on my BMW. I was able to get a same day appointment and Beth Smithsonian provided superb service (as well as other staff). They even addressed an issue that was noticed during my oil change. One of the best auto services I have received and price point is very fair!
Great experience I found the specific BMW I was looking for online. When I called and spoke with Margaret, she was very helpful in answering all of my questions and getting me set up to come in for a test drive. Once I decided to purchase the car, Margaret was on top of everything…very smooth transaction. I would highly recommend!
