Not surprised by great service My personal service advisor Brad Woodcock has again been one step ahead of my needs. The actual service work is of great quality but it’s the ease of scheduling, drop off and pick up that makes the entire experience effortless for the customer.

Maintenance warranty service Took my X1 in for brake/battery/wiper service the other day and couldn’t be more pleased with the level of help I received. Brake parts had to be ordered but Brad had them overnighted and provided the loaner car through the next day. The battery also needed replacement after 7 years and he made sure I got a great deal on that - many thanks Brad!

another great service I have a 1987 M6. Needed brakes and oil. Parts were delayed but that is either a COVID thing or an M6 thing (or both). Jacob W. and the crew were great as always. It's hard to find someone to work on these older cars but you can tell the staff at Hilton Head BMW like seeing one of the original M cars. I always feel welcome there and Jacob takes great care of me and the cars I bring him.

Outstanding!! Hilton Head BMW did an awesome job as usual. Jacob my Service Advisor was very knowledgeable and highly professional. I drive from Savannah to Hilton Head BMW for a reason outstanding service. Tried the local BMW dealership and they fall short in providing the same service as Hilton Head BMW.
