Service after tire blow out Had truly amazing service here. My car hit a pothole after a 15 hr drive from NY and it was towed here. Jacob had the car looked at by 8:30am the next morning and the tire replaced before 11am! He made the entire process so easy and stress free. Wonderful staff.
Out of towner needing service Honestly had the best BMW dealer experience. Very nice touch being fitted in to there schedule so close to the holidays. Video from technician introducing and showing vehicle inspection was top notch customer interaction. I would recommend this dealership location to anyone needing realizable, competent, service.
Service for 2017 BMW X1 Jacob took great care of my car as did the rest of the staff. Had new battery, plugs, and an oil change. All good. Car runs great!
