Perfect Customer Service Wow! Beth coordinated the service for my car and she was wonderful. She handled the appointment and kept me updated on what was being done, what the prices would be, what options I had and when my car would be ready. She was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It was a huge help to have someone like Beth working with me.
Great experience I would highly recommend. Charles DeCarlo was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. It was so refreshing to buy from a dealership without the typical BS. I would not hesitate to purchase from Hilton ahead BMW again.

Cadillac to the BMW rescue? Huh? This may not be applicable to all types of services, but couldn't get an appointment anywhere due to Covid. So, called my bmw service writer and he said, of course, have your escalade brought here and we will get a gm battery for you, install and program if necessary. So, bingo! Done. Also with the help of a could of tecks who knew the gm line. Many thanks to Brad woodcock, the service writer. Who put me on the road the next day!! Much gratitude.
Mostly Good news/ a little bad news Overall was a very good experience. Everyone was very nice and I thought they did a good job. They did an inspection and found a nail in my tire. That was excellent because I did not bring the car in for an inspection. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that they said I needed a new tire. I retired from a tire company and it was pretty obvious that the tire appeared to be within the repair limits (of course it must be removed from the wheel and thoroughly inspected to be sure)... read more
Great service Brad did an outstanding job regarding my Sat. appointment. He welcomed me the moment I walked in. He listened to my concern regarding my 2005 Z4 and was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Once my "problem" was identified, he thoroughly explained my options. Overall, outstanding experience.
Kristen rocks! Could not have been easier dropping my car off for service and picking up a loaner vehicle. Kristen was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. My car was done in only a few hours and check out took about five minutes and I was on my way. I would highly recommend Hilton Head BMW service.
