Customer service Cathy Shearhouse is a wonderful and knowledgeable sales person. She made the experience of buying a car in very difficult times very straight forward and simple for someone like myself who is not an expert in high end cars. I highly recommend her and the dealership she has chosen to work for. Everyone there seems to be very helpful in making the process a wonderful experience.

World class sales associate My sales associate, Brian Shirley, sold me an awesome Phytonic Blue 2022 X7. He exhibited professionalism and was very patient in the negotiation and vehicle delivery phase. I’ve been a MB customer for the past 15 years, but now I will do biz at BMW HH.

Parts Department Shines When my brake pads were on back order, I was told that they would be in in 3-5 days (not true) and once I bought them, they had to the brakes which would be installed on my car (also not tire). I called back the next day and spoke to the parts department (Matt). He got them from another dealer and had them overnighted to Bluffton. He called me and shared this info, so when I called to schedule my service the next day, I was able to. His initiative and problem solving and communications were excellent.

Excellent Personal Attention Brad Woodcock did a great job of making me feel welcome and my car well cared for. As I hung out in the waiting room, I noticed how the service managers came out to the customers to talk with them rather than just calling out the customer’s name and making the customer come to them, as other car places do. The approach was warm, intelligent, and good humored. I look forward to bringing my baby to them whenever she needs some attention.
