Brad is still the bomb As usual, Brad Woodcock delivered exceptional service, and continues to be the primary reason I choose HH BMW for all of my X6 service needs. My front daytime running light was out and the service dept determined that it wasn’t the bulb, but rather the more expensive light controller module. Brad knew that BMW had extended the warranty on these units due to numerous failures, but unfortunately, I missed the warranty extension cutoff by a few months. Beyond 5 stars My purchase of a previously owned BMW from Hilton Head BMW could not have gone any better. Their entire team from sales (Enrique and Dominic) to service (Dave E) was professional, courteous, and focused on the customer experience. Communication was excellent and all paperwork was prepared in advance to make the purchase seamless with no surprises. The service team went above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle was ready and even assisted with a tire issue on our personal SUV. Great teamwork.

Done in a day Brad called before the day was over and told me my car was ready. He met me in the service drive, my car with a perfectly painted bumper and tires realigned to perfection. I was in and out in minutes. Thanks, Brad!

Repair to differential cover The diff on my car leaked so I checked the car in for service. While there Brad asked into the workshop and showed me where a piece of metal in the cover had been damaged - I then remember hearing a bang from the rear on the interstate . He gave me a quote for the repair and noted the accidental damage so that I could file a claim. Car now fixed- Brad was very helpful and communicated well throughout

Awesome dealership for so many reasons! My car needed maintenance while on vacation and Hilton Head BMW was able to see me the very next day, which was a relief. Jacob handled my service with professionalism and knowledge but, most of all friendliness. My technician sent me a video of her review of my car while it was being serviced, a first for me! Everyone was so helpful during my wait time. Thanks to everyone there!
