I had a great experience here. Obviously they want to sell you a vehicle but these guys go above and beyond. I went to another dealership first and they didn't come close. These guys are accommodating, anticipatory and pleasant. I really feel like I entered a club that I am happy to be a part of. The service doesn't stop after they sell you the car either - if anything it gets better!
I would highly recommend BMW Peabody for your next BMW. The experience was great and the staff is top-notch. This was my third BMW purchase overall and my second purchase from this dealership. Kaitlyn, the finance manager, made the process simple and easy and was a pleasure to work with. She is a true professional and takes the pain out of what can sometimes be a cumbersome process. I have purchased several cars from Jamie at BMW of Peabody. He and the rest of the sales team at BMW peabody are extremely accommodating and customer focused. They were able to completely satisfy my needs and were willing to work with me to negotiate a fair price for each of the vehicles I purchased. I highly recommend them.
I got my car service done few months back and now seeing the service engine soon light coming again. I immediately called Tom and he make sure that I got an appointment even in the middle of the week and addressed my problem. Though I have to wait over there but most importantly my car was taken care of. That made me really happy and hoping I dont see the service engine light again for at least a year. I am satisfied with the service that was done and the professionalism shown by Tom and the manager.
Kaitlyn Sarantos Bunnell was such a pleasure to work with. I spend a lot of time on the road and Kaitlyn helped me identify which features/options would benefit my lifestyle the most. Had a very non-pressured, very helpful sales experience with Robert Stein. He was responsive to questions, worked collaboratively with the service department to install a couple of extras, and took me through the entire process, including a run through of all the gadgetry and their functioning.
I recently bought my third BMW from Jamie McCoy at BMW Peabody. He is by far the best Client Advisor. He makes the car buying process so simple and seamless. When I showed up for my appointment, he had the car I was going to test drive ready to go with the plates on and it was running.
