Saw some negative reviews so I had avoided the dealership. Walked in on a whim when in the area. Staff appeared to be by a longshot the best I had encountered in the industry.
Lets face it, as you know buying a car stinks but this place makes it pretty easy. Nice staff and not only helpful and welcoming but easy going. I came in to take a look at a pre owned certified vehicle they had online and they could not of been more helpful. Plus the person I had been speaking to over email was great and responsive, giving me all the details and even crunching numbers for me without me even having to pick up the phone once. Every now and then I temp myself into exploring another car manufacturer and take a few test drives- Audi, Mercedes etc. but I always some back to the BMW brand. Our experience with BMW Peabody could not have been better. Our sales person Kaitlyn Bunnell was wonderful. She went out of her way to make sure that we got the best vehicle for our needs and she was constantly in contact with my wife or myself on the progress of our purchase.
