I just purchased by second BMW from Jamie McCoy. He's very accessible via email and always follows up. The cars sell themselves. You are always going to pay a premium for a superior product, but the prices are excellent comparatively. The sales process was easy and pressure-free. Jamie takes care of everything. I will return when it's time for a new car.
I had not been car shopping in a decade and needed to replace a Toyota we drove into the ground. I happened upon BMW of Peabody while looking for a pre-owned VW. BMW of Peabody is so professional and clean and has a wonderful selection of well priced cars. I spoke with several employees, all of whom were polite, helpful and nice. I totally lucked out. Called BMW of Peabody on a Friday to arrange a test drive for the next day, and got Kaitlyn on the line. She was friendly and accommodating, and made our whole buying experience really great. She is passionate and knowledgeable about her product: she's been driving BMWs her whole life and you can tell she really loves them. Alex helped me get everything in order for my X1 in a few brief calls and emails. He was efficient, friendly and willing to meet my needs in terms of time and other constraints. He even picked me up from the Commuter Rail lot so I could pick up my car. Great experience overall. Highly recommend BMW of Peabody and Alex in particular.
