Just bought my first BMW here...what an incredible experience compared to my past purchases with other car dealers/brands. Just wrote a review about my recent sales experience at this dealer and saw the post on Mr. Rob Hannafin. We have owned a fifteen year old BMW with very high miles serviced at this dealership exclusively since new. (We follow the BMW Car Club "Old School Maintenance Program designed by Mike Miller). Well we bought another BMW from Jamie McCoy this week. I have bought over thirty five new vehicles over the last 45 years and Jamie is in a league of his own. Usually when we walked into a dealership I would last about 10 minutes talking with a salesperson before walking out frustrated. I just purchased my second BMW through this dealership. Both experiences were far the best car sales experiences I have encountered. My salesperson, Chris Blazcak, was fantastic. He responded to my calls and emails promptly and made the whole process something to enjoy and savor rather than dread. Their service is also outstanding having had my previous BMW (all 212,000 miles!) fully serviced at the dealership with very competitive prices. To sum it up they make you feel like family.
An extremely enjoyable and efficient car purchasing experience! Kaitlyn is a well informed sales professional with full knowledge of all of the features offed on today's automobiles. Rick made the leasing experience very easy and relaxing. He also was able to answer all of our questions and find just the right price for us. When we picked up the new X5 he say with us for 2 hours to go over every detail. We are so happy we decided to stop here.
Even though my vehicle was purchased overseas through the military/diplomatic sales program and was only being picked up at BMW of Peabody, they were extremely helpful! The sales representative, Rick Belgiorno, consistently went out of his way to track the status of our inbound vehicle, and once it showed up he went through its operation with us in detail.
