I have been looking for a car for 9 months and originally started at BMW of Peabody. Unfortunately I was originally using a a sales rep which felt like the car was more important than the customer and was very difficult to deal with. I was very happy with my experience at BMW Peabody and in particular with Kaitlyn. She was very helpful and not at all pushy. Everything was quick and painless.
Jamie at BMW of Peabody was a true pleasure to work with. He is detail oriented, gets back to you immediately and generally stays on top of things. I bought my car new from him and also purchased it at the end of a lease in a buyback. In both cases, he took care of everything and all I had to do was show up and sign a few papers.
Jamie McCoy has been working with my family for years now. Everyone in sales should look to Jamie as a role model. He is genuinely concerned with your experience and cares about us. Anytime we are having an issue he comes to our house to pick up a car and drops off a rental quickly. I am beyond happy with my new x3 and Jamie made the whole process a breeze.
I recently had an accident with my 2009 BMW 535i xDrive and the insurance company totaled it. I was not mentally ready to buy another car. Jamie was his usual steady self and was patient with my indecision. He had me test drive several cars and I finally settled on a CPO 2011 328i xDrive wagon. After spending many weeks researching and visiting BMW Dealers, I decided to make the hour drive to BMW of Peabody (there are 4 other dealers closer). I was in the market for a Certified Pre-owned, and BMW of Peabody simply had the best selection and best prices in New England. I should have written this review a week ago. But, I'm so happy and busy enjoying my new BMW X1Drive 28i. People are so friendly there is no other word to describe them. Especially Frank Lopez, he is extremely kind, patient , pleasant and very friendy. I didnt stop asking him question regarding my lovely car . Accually I still call him for some helps and he is always there for me. I will recomand BMW of Peabody to everyone that I know without a second thought. My sincere thanks to all BMW stuff of Peabody
