Everyone at the dealership was friendly and welcoming. Kaitlyn was extremely knowledgeable and professional, but so warm and hospitable that I felt I was buying a car from a friend. I never felt pushed into making a decision, which was particularly appreciated since I had not yet determined if I was going to purchase a BMW, Infiniti, or Audi. Rick was a pleasure to work with. He made a very stressful situation of looking for a car very smooth. Everything from finding the right car to fit my budget to taking care of lturning in my lease from another dealership. He went above and beyond. I personally have to say that looking for a car is not my favorite thing to do. As I am in the military and new to the area, I had made three visits to the BMW dealership as I currently also own a BMW M3 that I had left in California. Of the three visits I made, not one person approached me to ask me if I needed any help. I had an excellent experience with Jamie McCoy. I'm not in the interest of wasting my time or hassling with salespeople.. Jamie was great from the start. He negotiated well over the phone and provided advice on the models I was considering. My husband and I have purchased several cars from Jamie in the past. He is very knowledgeable about all of BMWs products and really tries to listen to the needs of his clients. We think he truly goes out of his way to make the whole car buying experience pleasurable and hassle free! He is extremely polite and responsive. I had a great experience at BMW Peabody. I found the car online and went and drove it. Jamie McCoy was the client advisor and was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and did a great job throughout the buying process. He made it seamless for me and took care of everything.
