This is the second BMW I have purchased from this dealership and I could not have had a better experience. The sales professional we work with, Jamie McCoy, is exceptional. This was our second lease with BMW of Peabody. Jamie was very pleasant and knowledgable. The car was ready when we arrived,registered, inspected and full of gas. He explained all the new goodies in the 2011 vs. 2007 we turned in. He topped it all off with a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my wife. Class guy throughout the transaction.
I had a great experience at BMW of Peabody. Everything from the service to the facility was impeccable. The building is very clean and nicely managed. The service was just as perfect. Jamie was a great salesman; he was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I thorougly enjoyed my experience buying from BMW and am really enjoying my car.
My wife and I just leased two new BMW's from Jamie McCoy at BMW of Peabdy. These are our 8th and and 9th BMWs and this was, by far, our best experience. Jamie was terrific to deal with- no pressure, up-front with explanation of pricing and options, kept in touch as the cars were built and shipped to the dealer and did a great job through the delivery process. He was first rate and made the entire process a pleasure. We will be sure to be back with him for our next purchases.

This is my second BMW lease. I have worked with Jamie on both and have been more than happy with his ability to get me what I want. When I first went in to see Jamie McCoy, I knew right away that I was being taken care of by someone who really wanted to help me feel comfortable about such an important purchase.
