I met with Vin McCauley and Jamie McCoy and they were both exceptional. The service, patience and attention to detail amazed me as did the pricing I received for my purchase. I had heard great things about BMW Peabody so I was thrilled when the recommendations matched the service. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
My experience at BMW Peabody was excellent. Jamie McCoy was an excellent salesperson and representative of the dealership; I was looking for a specific year,color, trim of 5 series, and he didn't give up looking for something that would work for me. He was forthcoming, friendly and honest. I would recommend buyers of new or used BMWs to ask for Jaime when shopping for their BMW.
My second car with Jamie -- I have bought 15 over the years elsewhere. Jamie and BMW Peabody are EXCEPTIONAL. It is not fair to say they are better than the other dealers; it is a totally different experience. The sales process, the new car delivery, service are all superb. they are the Best !!!!

The service that BMW of Peabody provides is outstanding. I have owned BMWs before but this was my first purchase from Peabody and their service is in another class. I have worked closely with Jamie McCoy since purchasing my vehicle from him a few years ago. He personally takes care of everything. The 2011 328xi wagon recently purchased was my 5th new car from BMW Peabody in past 10 years. Jamie has been my client advisor for the last 4 and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. He is knowledgable, enthusiastic (without being pushy) and extremely personable. His attention to detail both pre and post delivery is awesome. As all my previous cars have been maintained at BMW Peabody, kudos should also go to Rob and staff in the service department for there prompt and curteous service.
